ON CANAL is a dynamic project that transforms vacant storefronts along Canal Street into vibrant art spaces and pop-up exhibitions. Operated by wallplay and co-curated by Vibes Studio, the initiative celebrates the neighborhood’s rich history in commerce while reintroducing creative innovation to the high-traffic areas of SoHo, Tribeca, and downtown NYC.
The branding for ON CANAL emphasizes functionality and collaboration, highlighting partnerships with artists and brands in each exhibition.
Notable collaborations include NYFW, Tom Dixon, Lot Radio, Reese's, Stussy, and more, positioning ON CANAL as a platform for unique, creative expressions that bring fresh energy to the city’s streets.
